BY THE NUMBER with Lee Cotter and Astrid Olsson

Jesper Waldersten is currently collaborating with fashion design duo Lee Cotter and Astrid Olsson, on the Autumn/Winter 15 collection of their new brand, By the Number.

The collection consists of 60 mens- and womenswear pieces, with Jesper’s art covering unique fashion pieces in the form of illustrations and wordings. In the collection, you can for example find a kimono in burning red with Jesper’s artwork as well as items with quotes such as ”Welcome Home Master” and ”Everything might not be enough”. There is also a ”painter’s suit”, a blazer and a pair of trousers inspired by Jesper’s wish to have something tailored and dressed up to wear when working in the atelier.

The collection will be in selected stores in Sweden and on global markets from fall 2015.

För hösten 2015 har Jesper Waldersten samarbetat tillsammans med designparet Lee Cotter och Astrid Olsson, på deras inledande kollektion för modevarumärket By the Number.

AW15-kollektionen består av 60 dam- och herrplagg, där Jespers verk bland annat har använts för att skapa textiltryck på utvalda plagg. Citat som ”Everything might not be enough” och ”Welcome Home Master” syns som uppmanande hälsningar på ärmar och innerfoder. Här finns också en ”konstnärskostym”, inspirerad av Jespers önskan till att bära finkläder även under arbetet i ateljén.

By the Numbers höstkollektion släpps hos utvalda återförsäljare i Sverige och globalt under hösten 2015.
